CrossFit lifestyle continues on, well beyond our glory days of HS sports, or maybe college sports for a few of us. Because when those days are gone, then what? CrossFit fills a competitive void for prior sports athlwtes, one we get to push ourselves harder and challenge ourselves again… a way to keep growing and pushing beyond our comfort zone ❤️‍🔥
But teaching them the value of health and fitness from day one, will become a part of who they are, well beyond their time living at home.
It will be a healthy habit they get to continue on, that will give them return on investment for their entire life 🙌🏼
They first learn this daily discipline from watching us 🫶🏼 To them, it just becomes a way of life 💪🏼
