Our maintenance team has been hard at work the past few weeks and our West Club is now OPEN for business! Please note that due to extensive work in the locker rooms and indoor pool area, both areas will remain closed until Thursday, June 1. Our locker rooms will be available for changing only. Thank you for your continued patience!

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all of our members who have served our country. Just a reminder that our clubs will close at 1pm today.

Thank you to our West members for making the trek to South River Road while the club is closed for repairs! We love your dedication and commitment to step out of your comfort zone as you get those workouts done in a new environment.

Reminder: Our West club will be closed May 20th through May 29th for upgrades and repairs. Please visit us at any of our other four locations during this time. Thank you for your cooperation during this time. We are excited to bring these upgrades and improvements to our club!

We love to hear success stories from our members! This week, we received an email from a member who had a goal last fall of getting back into his small plane and flying again. Last week, he achieved his goal and was able to get himself into the cockpit and get back to his hobby.
