Perfect Your Bicep Curl Form for Maximum Gains 💥

The bicep curl seems straightforward, but getting the full benefit requires precision.

Here’s what you need to focus on:
✅ Feet parallel and close together with your weight in your heels.
✅ Lean slightly forward and keep your core engaged.
✅ One side at a time—pull while keeping your elbow locked in place, not letting it drift forward!
✅ Rotate the weight as you come up to activate all areas of the bicep for full-spectrum muscle engagement.

Avoid the common mistake of using too much weight and losing form. Focus on control and proper alignment for the best results.

From Skin the Cat, you’re set to enter the Back Lever, one of the coolest strength moves out there. I’m breaking down the progressions: from Tuck (easier as your body weight stays close to the rings) to Advanced Tuck, Straddle, and finally, Full Back Lever. The key is control – a hollow body, horizontal hips, and active abs to protect your spine and joints.

Mastering the Support Position 🧘‍♂️

The support position is all about alignment and control. Imagine a pencil—long, tight, and perfectly straight.

Here’s the breakdown:
✅ Point your toes and lift the crown of your head.
✅ Pull your wrists in and thumbs out at your sides, creating a solid, stable base.
✅ Keep your hips aligned with your forearms, your glutes tight, and your body fully engaged—shoulders, hips, abs, everything!

If you're just starting, lower the height or use a step for extra support while you build up strength and stability. Once you no longer need that, you'll be ready to hold it strong for time.

Ooh, the joys! This move is foundational in building bulletproof shoulders, and if you can pull off a Skin the Cat, you’re showcasing some serious shoulder strength and mobility. It’s all about control, and it starts with mastering the basics: hanging, single-arm hangs, German hangs, and tuck-ups. If you're working on those, keep going, but if you're confident, Skin the Cat pulls it all together for a powerful, fluid movement.
