Everyday we see people rapidly getting healthier, there is no wonder why Crosssfit is growing at 1 gym per day globally. In 2013 CrossFit Salem in partnership with our trainers Josh and Nikki opened CrossFit West Salem. CFWS offers a much needed training solution to the people of West Salem. Our members have access to both locations, a great benefit to training with us. (2025 update) As time goes on we are more convinced than ever that functional fitness is the best way for humans to move and extend their active life. CrossFit is just a package that includes all the aspects of fitness that are most important. The fitness industry will try to convince people they need something new, but the basics of human movement haven't changed. With move programs than ever we are looking forward to the next 5 years!
