Krav Maga Salem Salem's most comprehensive Self Defense School. Krav Maga, Fitness, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Ground Fi No experience is required!

Krav Maga:
For individuals 15 years and older this class focuses on just self-defense, multiple attackers, edged weapons, impact weapons, long guns, ground defenses hand guns, and more for the average student of all levels. This course starts you off as a beginner and allows the student to progress at their own pace through testing. Striking
This is a fun, high energy striking class that works on

punching, kicking, knees, elbows, movement, sparring, and more all while getting you in fighting shape! It’s a great way to improve muscle memory, speed, power, coordination, timing, and improve the “nuts & bolts” of your Krav Maga.

📣 Important Update – Krav Maga Salem Closing, But Classes Continue! 📣

As you know, Krav Maga Salem will be closing its doors after Saturday, June 28. While we’re sad to see this chapter close, the training doesn’t stop here at Iron Phoenix Athletics, LLC!

🥊🥋 Both Coach Efren and Coach Jessica will continue to teach classes independently—and we’d love for you to keep training with us! 🥊🥋

While we won’t have a 5-day-a-week schedule anymore, you can still train with us weekly:

It's always fun to learn about martial arts when it comes to origins, variations and more. Coach Efren has studied 2 different styles of Muay Thai. These styles are Muay Boran and Muay Chaiya.

It's amazing to see where styles are similar and different when it comes to art, self defense and sport.
