Just 59 days ago, on July 18, we opened the doors to Southern Crown Cheer. Now we get to look at this picture and see athletes standing on our floor for their first team practice. What a blessing!

To the athletes and families in this picture—thank you for believing in the process, trusting our vision, and choosing to be part of the beginning. You are helping us build something that didn’t exist 59 days ago.

Will it be easy? No. All-Star cheer is a competitive sport. There will be hard practices, corrections, tough decisions, and times when we have to make choices based on what’s best for the team. We won’t be able to make everyone happy with every decision, but we will always work to coach with purpose and do what we believe gives our athletes the opportunity to grow and succeed.

Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We’re new. We’re learning. We’re growing. But we promise to put our best effort into developing these athletes, building a routine they can be proud of, creating strong relationships between our families, and continuing to build The Crown.

One day we’ll look back at this picture and remember—this is where it started. 🖤
