Fridays are for Gentle Yoga. We start at 8 am at the Salado Village Artists building. Gentle Yoga is great for beginners but also helps with muscle soreness, stress management and just a great way to start the day. This class is donation-based. Bring a friend and I'll see you on the mat. Located on Main Street across from McCain's.

Another great week on the books here at Barrow Brewing!
Monday: Live music from Michael Alexandersson and Bikes & Brews at 6 p.m. The guest food truck this week is Cousins Maine Lobster.
Tuesday: Salado VFW Post 12235 meets at 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Not Rocket Science Trivia at 6:30 p.m.
Thursday: Bikes & Brews at 6 p.m. Run Club takes off at 6:30 p.m. Live music from Florence native Doak Hensley at 7 p.m.
Friday: Silo bar opens at 12 p.m. The Packard Car Club will arrive about 6 p.m. Live music from Sundae Drivers at 7 p.m.
Saturday: Asanas & Ales at 9 a.m. Salado Farmers Market 9-1 p.m. Live music from Shadow Lane at 7 p.m.
Sunday: Live music from Amanda Brown at 4 p.m.
