The Valkyries are on the move.

This June and July, F4 Leadbelt is setting out on a series of Expeditions to explore new communities, plant new flags, and introduce more women to the mission of Fitness, Fellowship, Faith, and Female.

We're not just looking for new places to work out—we're looking for opportunities to serve, encourage, and connect with women across the Leadbelt and beyond!

F3 Leadbelt

F3 is a free workout group for men. It has 3 options in the Ste Gen area, Bloomsdale (Sunset Park) Monday and Saturday 5am, Ste Genevieve (baseball field behind the Community Center) Tuesday and Thursday 5am, and Perryville (Bank Of Missouri, Soccer Park) Monday and Wednesday 5am.
No invitation needed just show up. It’s not a competition or a flex, it’s just men helping each other get better and be better.

F3 - Fitness Fellowship Faith - The Fitness is 35-45 minutes of different workouts led by different members of the group. The Fellowship is chatting pre workout, some smack talk during the workout, and conversation after the workout over coffee. The Faith is just believing in something bigger than yourself. It’s all free and it’s open to all men. It’s not a competition, it’s you vs you, but it’s a place to maybe be humbled in the presence of other men reaching down to pick you up. This is your invitation.
