She truly is ... you feel like you’ve been love bombed (like sincerely love bombed) every time you’re with her ... As a teacher, she offers both of these. Y’all really should practice with her. It’s amazing.

“Yoga is the practice of awareness.” - Eddie Stern

We have classes for all students from beginner to advanced. And each class offers modifications to meet students where they are 🤗

Here’s the weekly Ashtanga classes offered in the Isles:

- 6 a.m. Thursday - Mysore Style with Ayla Wilson at The Brick on St. Simons Island. The cost is $22 per class with passes available.

- Noon Thursday - half led Primary series with Ayla at The Brick.

* New Class * 5:45 p.m. Friday - full Primary series with Lindsey Adkison at The Club (the drop in rate is $15). Classes start July 9.

- The Golden Isles Ashtanga Club meets at 11 a.m. for full Primary series on Saturdays twice a month at The Club on St. Simons Island. Dates vary each month but are available on the website. For July, we will meet on the 10th and 17th.

- 4 p.m. Sunday - half Primary series with Vic Clepper at Salt AER Studios in Brunswick. The class is $15 per drop in with passes available.
