As many TGU as you can get per arm without bringing the bell down. Take the max on each side and combine, that’s your score.

My body weight is 200, so I used a 24k/53lb kb for this challenge. My first go I got 13 (8&5). I plan to try again a few times, as can you. You have one week to complete. Winner gets a free shirt!

Rule summary:
-Video entire movement
-1/4 body weight kettlebell clearly shown in video
-A full rep is from lying, up to feet together and back down to lying.
