The Velvet Mat will be CLOSED Monday for Labor Day - because rest is part of the practice, too. 💜

Our teachers + team pour so much energy, love, creativity and magic into this community. They deserve a day to step away, recharge + spend time with their families and people they love. No classes. No emails. No chaturangas. Go enjoy your humans. 😌

Happy National Dog Day to the furry friends of the Velvet Mat crew and all the adoptable pups who’ve crashed our mats, stolen our savasanas, and made Doggy Yoga approximately 1000% more distracting. 💜
