We are on the move guys, our chapter at Xtreme Fitness is over but never forgotten!!!! Now we are joining Mission Fitness DTSP and our good friend Kim Snow and her crew. We look forward to that as well as help all our existing clients/ new clients in their fitness journeys.

Happy Hump Day y’all!!!! Don’t t forget that Saturday almost here, amd the Brown’s will be teaming up with for an all levels fitness boot camp. We start at 930 run till 1030 and the cold ones will flow at 11. Come on out and bring some friends with ya!!!! Weather looks to be the on our sidefor a change
