Walking is the holy grail of fitness, and you can't convince me otherwise.

After multiple attempts at 75 Hard—and completing it twice in the last year—I truly believe walking is one of the biggest reasons I've lost nearly 15 pounds over the last 6 months... without cutting my calories.

I want to really drive this point home:
I'm not doing anything extreme.
I'm not following some secret fat-loss hack.

The biggest difference between where I was a year ago and where I am today?
I walk. Every. Single. Day.

My goal is 10,000-12,000 steps daily. On most days, a 45-minute walk gets me there (or even above it if I'm teaching classes or training clients).

Walking burns calories, helps manage stress, improves recovery, boosts your mood, and is something you can actually stick with long-term.

If you're overwhelmed by all the fitness advice online, start here.
Make your daily walk or step goal your non-negotiable.

It might not be flashy, but it's one of the most effective habits you can build.

Simple works. Consistency wins.
