St Pete Strength Club is an awesome gym. I got to take a class with Coach Meghan who was absolutely wonderful with cueing and guidance throughout the workout. They recently moved to a big new space and it is incredibly clean with a ton of great equipment. The owner Jordan is a wonderful coach and athlete, and it is abundantly clear how passionate she is about the members and providing an awesome and welcoming space for people to workout and get strong. Highly recommend!

Start your Saturday with yoga outside. Tomorrow at 8:00am we meet at Crescent Lake Park for a free class led by Mallory Reeder. Find us at the northeast corner of the park, near 22nd Ave and 5th St.

And at 8:30am, Kristina Rich kicks off class poolside at The Hollander Hotel HOLLANDER HOTEL. It's just $15 when you register in advance, and $5 for BE Members. You'll be automatically entered in a weekly raffle, and if you stick around for breakfast, you get a free mimosa and dip in the pool. Reserve a cabana and kick back the whole morning if you like.

We caught Shila smiling, because she loves Loaded Yoga so much, presumably. KATELYN NOW HAS A LOADED (SCULPT) CLASS‼️ Wednesdays at 9am in the Sky Room (unheated) effective immediately. It's been fun working with load again. All of us who coached at The BE Athletic are having a good time bringing it back.
