One of the things we’re most proud of at Game of Fitness is that your support does not stop at the gym floor. We’ve intentionally built a wellness ecosystem under one roof, and one of the partners we’re incredibly proud to have here is Be Bold Performance with Jon and Courtney.
Here Jon explains why a self-pay physical therapy or occupational therapy model can create a very different experience than what many people are used to in a traditional insurance-based setting. Instead of being pushed into a standardized schedule or waiting weeks or months to get in, your care can be built around what you actually need.
That can mean longer appointments, more time to assess what is going on, more individualized treatment, and a plan that is adjusted based on your progress instead of automatically following the same schedule for everyone.
If you are a GOF member dealing with something that keeps nagging you, trying to return to training after an injury, or just feeling like you need more individualized support than a class or workout can provide, Be Bold may be a really great next step.
Jon and Courtney are right here inside Game of Fitness, and we love being able to connect our members directly with practitioners who understand movement, training, recovery, and the bigger picture of getting you back to doing what you love.
We’ll also be making it even easier to connect with Be Bold directly through the GOF app soon.
Comment BOLD or send us a DM and we’ll help connect you with Jon or Courtney.
