Today, before we left Iowa, we took a moment as a team to reflect.

Each athlete was asked to write about how they felt they performed, what they were proud of, and most importantly, how they can improve. Then, one by one, each athlete stood up and shared their reflection with the entire group.

At Invicta Athletics Program, it’s about so much more than running.

We believe in developing athletes who can look inward, take ownership, recognize areas for growth, and have the courage to share their journey with others.

Self-reflection isn’t just a skill for sports—it’s a skill for life. The ability to evaluate where you are, acknowledge where you can improve, and continue moving forward carries into every aspect of life.

This is what we strive to instill in our athletes: discipline, accountability, confidence, growth, and the understanding that becoming better is a lifelong process.

Today wasn’t just about track and field.

It was about becoming better athletes, better teammates, and better people.

That’s Invicta.

Final hours in Iowa! 🏆🏈⚾️ Time to let the athletes soak their limbs, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved R&R before the grind begins again.

One last taste of summer… then it’s back to school and back to work in a few weeks! 📚💪

AAU Junior Olympics 2026 is officially in the books.

But make no mistake…

The Invicta Athletics Program is FAR from done. 💪🏽

Since 2018, we have attended every AAU Junior Olympics since our club’s inception. Over the years, more than 75 athletes have had the opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in youth track & field.

We train.
We teach.
We develop.
We challenge.
We encourage.

But above all…

WE LOVE OUR ATHLETES. ❤️

We are proud to be a well-rounded program that competes across all events, giving our athletes the opportunity to discover their strengths, push their limits, and grow both on and off the track.

Every athlete.
Every event.
Every year.
Every opportunity.

This journey is bigger than medals and results. It’s about building confidence, character, discipline, and champions for life.

2026 may be in the books…
