Everything we do, we do it BIG 🥵🧨❤️‍🔥

Showing up when the alarm goes off too early, when we just want to go home after work, when we’re tired, life feels heavy, we’re not motivated. We show up.

Taking up space with big movement and energy, on sidebar or in the back row, smiling all through class or letting out our feels. We take up space.

Getting out of our comfort zone when the choreo is new, the beat feels too fast, we add just a touch more resistance, trying a new instructor or class time. We grow and we change.

We do it big at Rush - and we want you to do it with us. No experience or perfection necessary 🧡

Friday: outdoor rides at 4 (bikes available), 5 (waitlist), and 6 (a couple bikes left)

Saturday: regular schedule

Sunday: studio closed, cheer zone outside the studio!

1️⃣ Our member Kamaal is getting MARRIED THIS WEEKEND! Let’s send him all the good happy vibes!! (PS have you seen his bride? 10000/10 🔥❤️‍🔥)

2️⃣ NEW SATURDAY SCHEDULE UNLOCKED! 👏 We are shifting our Saturday class times back ever so slightly and welcoming Megan back to the weekend line up! Let us know if you’re excited about the change!🧡

3️⃣ Our system went under maintenance on our payment gateways yesterday. It wasn’t supposed to affect anything, but ya know, that would be too easy 😉 A bunch of people tried to snag these deals in the evening hours yesterday and received payment error codes. We’ve extended the deals through today and we apologize for the inconvenience!🫶 (get ‘em now because today is last call for real!)
