π¨π¨ BEWARE! THE FORM POLICE ARE WATCHING ππ
I would hate to be the trainer that had everyone throwing around "Barbell Cheat Curls" (Bicep curls using your butt) to grow their biceps when you have weak arms in the first place. π
But I know that's not what's happening in the gym... So, what is? π
Sally Ann was told lifting weights could hurt her and she had to have perfect form. π―
Sally Ann grabs 5lbs weights to complete her exercise. ποΈββοΈ
She did 30 reps by the time she started to feel the burn. π―οΈ
She grabs the 10lbs weights and notices it doesn't go as smoothly as the 30 reps with 5lbs.
She goes back to 5lbs because, "I'm not ready to go up in weight yet" π₯΅
Hey YOU, you may not be Sally Ann, but you could have put 30lbs on your deadlift and not broken your back.
