Our monthly motivational quote by Joseph Pilates. This is an interesting one. Some people come in and say they want to be stronger, more flexible or more this or that. What our goal for each person doing pilates is them for to be all those things together. Pilates is a low-impact full-body workout that looks do these three things together: strengthen, lengthen and mobilize the body.

We tell a lot of beginners to pilates that there is a learning curve or that sometimes it may be liking learning a new language, but as with many important things to just keep at it and things will slowly start to fall in place. If you're one of our veteran clients out there, will you leave a comment below with any words of advice for newcomers? Even us as instructors, we even still get to learn new things about pilates each day which is what makes it so fun.
