🖤 GUEST WORKSHOP: DEMON TIME WITH NOEL 🖤


Join Noel on the dark side and tap into your sinful, sensual energy with a low-flow sequence inspired by her favorite moody music.

In this workshop, you’ll explore the dynamics of tempo changes and merge buttery transitions and waves with accents and heel clacks. This workshop guarantees you’ll walk out feeling like a powerful baddie.

Noel is a U.S.-based performer and instructor with experience performing and teaching internationally. She is a low-flow lover who values pleasure above all things when it comes to dance. Her philosophy is to embody bold, shameless expression. With a background in classical cello, Noel’s style is distinguished by her musicality.

Having had no prior dance experience before beginning pole, Noel understands what it means to begin from scratch. She approaches instruction in a gentle and intuitive manner to build strong foundations while fostering a fun and encouraging atmosphere. She loves helping students cultivate confidence and find fluidity in their own practices.

High beginner/low intermediate friendly

Prerequisites: Must be able to confidently execute pirouettes, pole sits, and fan kicks. Must have the ability to retain heels choreography. This workshop is not suitable as a first-time choreography class.

Heels are required, minimum 7-inch sandals or boots. Kneepads are also required.
Come to the dark side. Space is limited.

Jessa is a multi-award-winning, nationally ranked athlete with 20 years of experience in dance and fitness. Since 2017, she has shared that experience with our Impulse community while creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where every student feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

Happy Pride! 🌈 It’s time to celebrate, elevate, and decorate the dance floor with pure attitude. Welcome to Sashay and Slay, a high-energy, fierce chair dance workshop designed to make you feel absolutely unstoppable for Pride Month!

In this special choreography class, we are bringing the ultimate dramatic flair: clank fans! You’ll learn how to incorporate fans into a sultry, empowering chair dance routine. Master the art of the perfect fan "pop" and fierce posing that commands the room.

This class is all about celebrating self-expression, confidence, and community in a supportive, body-positive space. All levels are welcome—whether you're a seasoned dancer or hitting the floor for the very first time!

Knee Pads: Recommended for floor work transitions to keep your knees happy.
