🌿 Meet a new Zen friend and enjoy a guided hike through the coastal trails and sandy beach
👣 A mindful barefoot silent meditation walk on the beach
🧘‍♀️ An all levels yoga flow with Jenny
🎶 A relaxing sound bath with Salena
🥗 A delicious plant based lunch that's vegan and gluten free
🫧 Refreshing kombucha from Mother Kombucha

We wrap up with an optional beach hang, so bring your swimsuit if you'd like to stay and soak up a little more sunshine.
