BUILDING OBC | THE ARCHITECTS

Going into Labor Day weekend, we thought it was fitting to start introducing the people bringing this vision to life.

First up, Storyn Studio for Architecture and Design.

Storyn calls themselves architects as storytellers, and that's exactly what they've been for OBC. Evan, Clay, and Everald have been exceptional from day one. Every design element, every curve, every detail has been thought through with real intention. What we thought would be hurdles, the quirks of a building built in 1946, have been worked seamlessly into the overall design of the space.

"If we nail the design, the look, the feel, the rest will fall into place." Storyn is making sure we nail it.

Materials are being selected. First part of this project
that isn’t a drawing. Everything so far has lived on paper. Now it starts becoming something real.

Two St. Pete locals. One question we kept asking ourselves — why doesn’t this city have a real home for our endurance community. So we decided to build it.

We’re building what we believe will be St. Pete’s endurance hub. One roof for cyclists and runners to train, compete, socialize, and actually have somewhere to belong.

Call us old school, but Instagram and Facebook aren’t always the right place to tell a story the way it deserves to be told. It’s time consuming and expensive. We’d rather put that time and those resources into building the actual thing we want to share with this community.
