Pilates By The Sea Kerrin completed an 18 month Advanced Teacher Training Program from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO.

She is a huge proponent of improving ones' self in her studio, and provides personalized instruction in a safe and encouraging atmosphere.

What an INCREDIBLE workout I had this morning at Pilates By The Sea!!!

Kerrin took her time with me and offered excellent direction, modeled some of the moves and shared tons of encouragement. I feel like every muscle in my body got a workout (and my brain worked a bit too)! 😉

I highly recommend this Pilates studio for helping people of all ages achieve their fitness goals and gain strength and flexibility.
