Due to a few bad apples. All builds will require a non refundable 60% down payment befor I order any parts as a commission fee. And the following 40% at time of completion. I do not build rods for free. And I sacrifice my profits for better quality parts. The 60% fee covers for parts and my time planning your built with you if you can’t pay or follow up on completion.
