Olympia Gymnastics - Mid Rivers Olympia was established in 1979 and now provides instruction for children all throughout St. Louis.

Our committed staff believes that every child is full of possibilities and it is our goal to create a fun, safe environment in which they can discover that they are capable of more than they ever imagined. 💪 DRILL TO SKILL: Squat Through on Pommel!

Sometimes the best way to improve a gymnastics skill is take it back to the basics! 👏 By practicing the same motions on the floor with feet on a slider, our boys can focus on through the squat through position while building the shoulder strength, control, and flexibility needed to perform the skill on pommel horse.
