Last night was pure magic! ✨ Our glow pole dance party was a celebration of empowerment, freedom, and sisterhood. Surrounded by a circle of supportive women, we let go of inhibitions and embraced the joy of movement. Together, we danced under the neon lights, igniting our spirits and embracing the beauty of self-expression. Here’s to many more unforgettable nights of empowerment and dance!

60 minutes
Instructor: Jess

6 Week pole series suitable for students with pole experience. Students are required to have attended at least six Level 1 Pole Classes or receive permission from Jess. Studio transfer students are welcome.

Students must sign up for all 6 classes, missed classes may be made up if scheduled prior to the class, no refunds. Class packages cannot be used for series.

🐰🐣 Due to popular demand, Sunday 5pm Intro 2/Level 1 Mixed Series starts 4/9 on Easter Sunday.

For the next six weeks, we’ll be focusing on improving sits, sit combos, tricks such as wrist sits, mermaid, entries from fan kick and spins. For higher level friends that are climbing, we’ll be working on descents from a sit. Later in the series we’ll begin working on genie and tricks from genie.
