A couple of years ago, a Live Well Fitness Center member asked me, Jillian, how I observed Memorial Day. No one had ever asked me that question before, and it’s something that has stayed with me ever since.
Today, I’m proud and honored to share that I completed my first Murph workout in honor of our fallen soldiers. 🇺🇸💪
I also had an important conversation with my oldest son today about the meaning of Memorial Day. He definitely tested me with all the questions — but it reminded me how important it is to teach the next generation about sacrifice, service, and gratitude. ❤️
Whether you spent today with family, reflecting quietly, attending a ceremony, exercising in honor of the fallen, or simply taking time to remember — we would love to hear how you observed the holiday.
