Beyond blessed with breathtaking sunsets, a healthy body to chase my dreams, and amazing friends who motivate me to be my best. 🌅🌺🌊

I’ve been quite the busy bee 🐝 the past 6 months. With managing our hormone & peptide clinic, pursuing new business ventures, coaching clients, cultivating new relationships, and getting into quite possibly the best shape of my life (*cough* with the help of peptides from our clinic *cough*), I can say I’m super proud of myself and how far I’ve come.

I remember at 16-21 yrs old watching videos of thinking I’d never look like the beautiful, muscular women on the bodybuilding stage or own multiple businesses. But here I am. Living the dream I once thought was impossible (with many nightmares and lessons along the way I guess for character building and plot development… 🙃🥲).

If I can do it, so can you.
Keep going. Your future self is already proud of you. 💫

Not bad for getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted 2 days ago. 🦷 🧚🏻‍♀️

I’ve been creative on getting my protein in on a mush diet. Protein powder in SF pudding. Fat free cottage cheese in mashed potatoes 😅 (don’t knock it til you try it. Its actually pretty good)

Thank you to my amazing, supportive coach and the peptides at for a faster recovery ❤️‍🩹 I was expecting it to be wayyyy worse

Some lessons I’ve learned this past year
1) You need to be selfish with that unconditional love you’re trying to heal others with. Especially if you yourself need to heal.
2) Not everyone deserves access to you. Especially the ones that drain you.
3) You don’t need to rescue people. Especially if they’ve repeatedly proven they’re not willing to save themselves.
4) Your responsibility is ensuring your mind, body, and spirit are healthy; sacrificing these for people is going to leave you disappointed.
5) Words are cheap. Question everything. If the person you’re questioning gets provoked, it’s probably because they’re hiding something.
6) BOUNDARIES. If I had been firm with my boundaries, they would have shown their true colors much quicker and weeded themselves out of my life. Cutting toxicity out of your life like a cancer is much easier with non-negotiable boundaries.

These were hard pills to swallow however this is the happiest I’ve been. ☯️
