Whew! We've decided we will join the rest of St. Paul and be closed Wednesday. 1/3 of a mile is a pretty short commute to walk, but it was pretty awful today and would be that much worse tomorrow. Please stay home and stay warm, and we will plan to be back again on Thursday.

Our plan is to be open for classes all week as long as we can keep things safely warm inside. But, because we know some of you won't be able to make it, we're also going to keep things light -- we'll play a lot of games, focus on review, and we won't teach levitation on the day you had to be absent. Stay warm!

This is one of 4 terrific classes we'll be teaching through Saint Paul Community Education this winter. You can also search "Safer Falling for Seniors," "Exercise without Injury," and "Resolutions that Stick" on the website.

Please put the oxygen mask on yourself before helping others! We're at our best as parents when we're meeting our own needs too. This class helps you recognize and prioritize the behaviors and habits that take good care of you.
