Continuing Education Workshops at Highland Park Life Time in our brand new Pilates studio that has state-of-the-art Merrithew™ equipment. Each 2-hour workshop will provide you with:

Sending love and support to Anne Ryan and her family as they navigate the world without Jim. We were thrilled when Anne brought Jim into the Sweatshop fold and Anthony supported him in his workouts and health. His inner strength was inspiring.
