Quick update from the shop...Quietly, a lot of bucktails have been hitting the racks this summer. This winter I will complete the X-Changer Modular Bucktail product line by adding two more sizes, Jumbo 10" and Bantam 5", for Expo Season! In even better news, I will be offering to make the new sizes in the meantime via PM 😉

Here's a couple tasty new patterns of the Jumbo variety, hope you enjoy!

The Flowage Intruder pattern was the show color for castable flies at the Wisconsin Musky Expo in March. Here it is in modular bucktail form on some X-Changers - Delta Surface, Switchblade Bucktail, and Dancer Mode 🕺

Does anyone get excited about this color combo? Maybe it's here to stay 🤔

Shocking how a weedless bucktail could catch a fish in July.....
Instead of reeling in those arrowheads in the background, Brad Schultz decided to reel in this solid fish! I guess it's just that easy 🤩

It's almost July and I've been getting a lot of requests for bigger baits. Well, as it turns out I have a few on the rack that are looking for a home! This special batch of terrestrial musky snacks was brought about by brainstorming with Rich Reinert. I've made some muskrat and opossum patterns before that have used plastics for legs and tails, but Rich wanted something that worked like a rubber tail bait with feathers instead. All of these are built on the glider style castable fly platform. So what you see here will be available at the Wisconsin Musky Expo - the Dirty Muskrats, the Toxic Muskrat and a pair of Opossums! Glad to bring this vision to reality! 😉 🐀🐁
