No way, I'm off the stuff.

I haven't had caffeine in like, four months, and I'm writing this down so I remember why.

I used to drink coffee, like, at least once a day, sometimes three cups when I was super tired.
It was my thing, my alone time, my chance to chill.

Before my Human Foundation Course at , I thought I'd try something and cut out all caffeine.

By day five, I noticed a difference:

➡️ Waking up was easier
➡️ I had more energy
➡️ I wasn't so stressed
➡️ My constant thirst was gone
➡️ My skin looks healthier
➡️ I fell asleep faster

And that's not even all the good stuff.

I'm loving it, and I'm sticking with it.

Most of us go through life with persistent pain that doctors, MRIs, and other tests often can't explain. They tell us nothing is wrong, prescribe pills, and hand us a generic list of exercises. While this helps some, others continue to suffer.

I want to share my story. I've had back pain for as long as I can remember. It wasn't unbearable for me (we all have different pain tolerances), but it was a constant ache and tension that stopped me from enjoying long walks or doing squats and lunges, which I loved. When I was 18, a doctor advised me to avoid most of the activities. Naively, I trusted their professional opinion. At 18, I felt like my life was over.

Then, at 24, I became a fitness coach to learn more about the body and how it functions. I discovered a vast and wonderful world of bones, muscles, joints, and nerves. I fell in love with the human body.

Through exercise, I resolved part of my back problem, and by 25, I felt much better. I still periodically experienced some stiffness that would disappear after a workout. However, this wasn't the complete resolution I was aiming for. I continued my search and found . I watched their videos and took their online courses. For the last six months, I've been pain-free.

This weekend, I became a certified Human Foundation Practitioner! This marks a new beginning for me in a much deeper understanding of how to help people become the best versions of themselves.
