Thanks a lot to 3M for hosting us and other SPPS teams. It was a great opportunity to show off our robots and we had a lot of fun. A huge thank you to 3M for their sponsorship of The Automatons.

Although Give to the MAX has passed — we still have our page up for a few days after for any late donations.

We must also give a big thanks to all of our donors so far! After today we’ve raised $720 from 9 donors, and we appreciate their generosity and interest in our team.

Also don’t forget that if you donate at $28.23 you’ll get a 10 yr Anniversary Bumper Sticker, and so on! Again, thank you to all our donors so far and to everyone who finds FIRST Robotics teams like ours inspiring!

Happy November everyone! During this holiday season, please consider donating to HP Robotics #2823 on Give to the MAX day. We are a self-funded, non-profit team that does our own fundraising through volunteering and outreach.

One of the strongest principles that our team upholds is that STEM education and opportunities should be universally accessible, regardless of economic class, gender, race, or location. Because of this, we do not charge an activity or membership fee to our students so that there is no monetary barrier to joining our team. This requires us to work hard every year on fundraising.

On give to the max day, please consider donating to our team as with your help, we may be able to continue to attend competitions, get new parts & tools, and keep robotics free for any student to join. Link is provided below

Here we have day #2 of competition! Our awesome robot ‘Lord Victor FrankenJank’ put on a good show in competition, alongside other amazing creations from teams who also came from afar. Teams from Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and of course North Dakota. In the end we ranked 16 out of 47 teams!
