With a heavy heart I would like to let you all know that Shihan Art Hane passed away late last night. He will be remembered as a great martial artist and a stand-up guy, a friend and mentor to many. RIP, Mr Hane.

The governor has ordered all Martial arts schools to be closed from November 20th to Dec 18. We are looking at beginning zoom classes so keep an eye out here and feel free to contact Lynn at 651-647-6986 or 647-6987

Well, it's been a while and I wanted to update you with what is happening here at Marshall Ave Self Defense. A few of our groups have elected to begin modified classes right away- all with contact precautions and social distancing. Many of our groups are contemplating starting back in July. Keep an eye out for updates and if you have questions call Lynn at 651-647-6986! Be safe and be well!

In keeping with safety precautions and the state's decision to close all sports facilities and health clubs, all classes will be suspended until at least April 1st.
