The Fitness Police Healthy Tips 2026
1. Manage yourself (hardest thing to do).
2. Get lots of rest (7 to 8 hours per day).
3. Floss (twice daily).
4. Drink water at least 8-10 (8)oz cups per day.
5. Eat healthy (more fruit & vegetables)
6. Exercise (consistently).
7. Say no to drugs, to***co and Alcohol
8. Avoid stress (at all cost)
9. Spend more time with family and friends.
10. Get outdoors at least 15 minutes each day.
11. Develop healthy personal and professional
relationships
12. Learn something new and exciting.
13. Have fun and laugh everyday
14. Do something spectacular
