Yenneagram My name is Courtney Perry. I'm a certified yoga instructor and Enneagram teacher. My goal is to help people know themselves better and to feel good.

Fusing two modalities of self-awareness, I offer classes in the Yenneagram (Yoga + Enneagram).

PRIDE Rainbow Bar from Pizza Luce: a portion of the proceeds go to OutFront MN.
Healthy? No! Nostalgic? Yes! Most of my high school breakfasts consisted of a bowl of Fruity Pebbles, followed by chugging the pastel milk. Highly processed ā€œfoodā€ and yet I made it to adulthood! I havenā€™t bought cereal in decades, but I couldnā€™t pass this up tonight. Enjoying it, but also: no need to ever buy the pebbles again. šŸ˜‚
