Not in the St. Paul area yet want to connect for a psychic insight session? You can now book a 30 min virtual session with me. There has been an increase in these requests recently so I have added them back to my booking site.

🦋Intuitive Flow Session (Private): Each session is intuitively designed for the client! Flow Bands™ supported movements and stretches to aide with fascial release, stress relief, strengthening, and energetic alignment. Each movement session is ended with additional energy healing and guidance.
⚡️Energy Healing & Balancing Sessions: These sessions are for those looking for physical support, pain relief, mental clarity, intuitive insights, and relaxation. These are great for supporting healing from major medical concerns, chronic conditions, reducing stress, and overall wellness support. *Notes are kept on a balance reflection sheet that clients take home for reference.

After a month of test classes, Intuitive Flow is now on the Vera Fitness class schedule! Each class is intuitively designed for the attendees so no two classes are the same. Expect to leave feeling like you worked your whole body, sense of release, and an overall lightness - balance.
