A short, sweet taste of yoga if you're new, if you're thinking you want some mindful movement that is not necessarily a "workout" but may be a good stretch and wake-up for some dormant muscles or connective tissues. Hey all ya'll! I am here to provide proof that not only did Tami get away for the weekend, but she snuck in a few planks here and there. This amazing spot was at Gooseberry falls after a short hike up and around fifth falls and back to the lower falls.

I have convinced Tami that you all needed to have the Fourth of July off!! You deserve it. You have worked hard.

In all honesty though. She really is closing the gym on Saturday, July 4th. Believe or not (if you don't and show up, don't be surprised when you can't get in!), but she is actually allowing herself some time off. WHOOO-HOOO.

I think we can all agree she needs it.
