We’re excited to officially announce NEW weekly wellness classes at Vera Wellness Center in collaboration with Bundy Lane!

Beginning May 27th join us for weekly experiences designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect through movement, sound healing, and mindful wellness practices.

Weekly Offerings:
• Monday Evening Intuitive Flow + Sound Bath Group Experience (starting June 1st)
• Wednesday Evening Sound Bath Group Experience

This collaboration brings together movement, holistic healing, nervous system support, and community wellness all in one space, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Last week of May already. Here's the schedule. I'll be changing up classes a bit in June including Monday night collabs with as we move into summer. Personal training sessions are available after a free consult. These are shifting for new clients as well to be whole person transformation coaching with longer training sessions focused on mind, body, and spirit. Virtual and in person availability. 30 min Psychic Insight sessions are virtual - I'm relaying energetic information NOT reading your aura or mind. I work with energetic guides and ask to receive/share information that is for your highest good. People often fear their deepest darkest secrets will be seen or they will be judged because I'll see something bad. This is a safe space with no judgement. We're humans and being alive is messy. What I'm shown is information that can help you in shifting perspective and often validates what you've already been feeling. The answers are inside you, people like me simply help bring that into focus for you and your trust in your inner knowing deepens.✨

I have always wanted what I create to be remembered more than me or my name so when choosing a business name, I chose something reflective of my life experience and continued growth.

While we may start life similarly, our lanes tend to diverge after our school years. Thereafter, your lane will differ from others. What you discover on your path is unique to you. So, how you achieve and maintain mind, body, spirit balance in your life will be unique to you, too.
