Thank you to everyone for the support through all the stages of this season. I appreciate all the encouragement, help with judging, video, covering classes, and everything else people have done to get me through the qualification process. I’m thankful for the opportunity to continue to compete, I love this sport and community.

Consider adding a Renegade Row to up the intensity of your average Push-Ups. ⁣

The Push-Up movement combines elements of pressing strength and scapular protraction/depression emphasis, while the row helps with postural issues, increases back, biceps and forearm strength, and also builds anti-rotational core strength. ⁣

Plank taps are a variation of the traditional plank that trains and strengthens your glutes, arms, wrists, and shoulders in addition to your core.
This exercise helps to reduce lower back pain, improves your posture and flexibility, and tightens your midsection.

The Reverse Crunch is a great exercise for strengthening your re**us abdominis, while taking strain and stress off of your neck and back compared to traditional crunches.
