CAV FAM, give a big welcome to our newest coach on the mic… Abi!! You can catch her bringing the energy Tuesdays at 9:30am, 5pm, and 6pm at our St. Matthews location 🙌

Outside the gym, you’ll find me…
Hanging with my two goldendoodles, spending time with family, sneaking in naps, and working toward becoming a PA 🐶✨

What can members expect from your classes?
To have fun, work hard, and actually enjoy working out 💪

Coffee order or pre-workout?
Iced coffee always… vanilla latte or vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Lately I’ve been loving 7 Brew energy drinks ☕⚡

One word your friends would use to describe you?
Happy 😊

What would you say to someone nervous about their first class?
You’re not alone! I’ll support and guide you the whole way. Go at your own pace, ask questions, and don’t worry about being perfect. The hardest part is showing up, and after that you’ve got a whole community behind you ❤️

Hidden talent?
I can do the worm 🐛😂

I’m SO excited to be part of the St. Matthews crew and can’t wait to work with everyone!! Let’s keep Training for Life 💙

Still smiling thinking about this past weekend 🥹

THE CAV 5K + dinner at Limon y Sal the night before… and it was the perfect combo.

We kicked things off with tacos, margs, and nonstop laughs 🌮🍹… then showed up the next morning ready to run, push, and hype each other up every step of the way 💪

And let’s not forget the dunk tank 😅 coaches getting absolutely soaked while everyone lined up for their shot… safe to say some of you have been waiting for that moment 😂💦

This is what makes THE CAV so special… we show up for the fun and we show up for the hard.

More than a gym. It’s a family. And weekends like this are exactly why ❤️🔥
