Starting the week strong đź’Ş
I work with women and men 30+ in the western Minneapolis suburbs who want to feel stronger, have more energy, and finally stay consistent with exercise again — without extremes, guilt, or intimidation.
A lot of the people I train come to me feeling stuck or frustrated. They’ve tried doing it on their own, but life, kids, work, stress — it all gets in the way. What we focus on together is:
• simple, realistic strength training
• building confidence and consistency
• reducing aches and feeling better day-to-day
I intentionally keep my training supportive and affordable, because I want real people to feel like this is something they can do — not something that’s out of reach.
