People often ask me what I do for a living and I say I'm a personal trainer and I implement posture corrective exercise that reflects our gait cycle. 100% of the time I get a blank stare right back at me.
Every being on this earth has a gait cycle. A horse moves a certain way, so does an alligator. You wouldn't train a race horse to move like an alligator. I don't train humans to move like alligators either.

I train humans to move like humans.
