Your best is gonna look different day by day.
Doing something is always going to be better than doing nothing.
Being mindful of what your mind, body, and soul need is better than trying to control every little aspect of your life.

Whether it’s health, fitness, mindset, or daily habits, it’s all about taking it day by day and giving yourself permission to listen to what you need and to act on those needs. What works best for you is gonna look different than your neighbor.

Equipment: 45lb Kettlebell, 12lb dumbbell set, medium loop band, and jump rope.

1️⃣ Warm Up - Jump Rope -1 to 10 minutes
2️⃣ DB Hammer Curls x 15
3️⃣ DB Overhead Press x 15
4️⃣ KB Sumo Squats x 15
5️⃣ Banded Clam Shells x 15
6️⃣ Banded Glute Bridges 15
7️⃣ Single Leg Glute Bridges x 10 each
8️⃣ Inch Worm w/ Push Up & Oblique Mtn Climber
