Mental health is just as important as physical health.

This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Saint Leo Hockey wants to remind everyone that it’s okay to not be okay. Checking in on your teammates, friends, family, and yourself can make a bigger difference than you know.

A strong team is built on more than what happens on the ice. We stand together, support one another, and encourage open conversations.

From one Pride family to another, the Saint Leo Hockey program congratulates the on capturing the 2026 NCAA Division II National Championship! The Lions battled their way through the NCAA postseason and advanced to the championship series for the first time in program history before bringing home the national title.

Your hard work, dedication, and championship mentality have made the entire Saint Leo community proud. Thank you for representing the Green & Gold at the highest level and showing what it means to be a Lion.

🏒 Coach Powers is on the road representing Saint Leo Hockey at the ACHA Carolina Prospect Showcase. Building relationships, identifying talent, and continuing to grow the future of the Pride.

We are actively looking for forwards and defensemen who are ready to take the next step in their hockey careers while pursuing a college degree. Spots are still available, and we’d love the opportunity to connect with you in Carolina!

The ACHA Prospect Showcases are designed to give players and families a personal look into college hockey, allowing them to meet coaches, learn about programs across all ACHA divisions, and gain insight into life as a student-athlete.

🚨 COMMITMENT ALERT 🚨

Join us in giving a Big Lions welcome to Carter Lindquist on his commitment to Saint Leo University! 🦁🏒

A goaltender out of Tampa, FL, Carter developed at the AA level with the Clearwater Ice Storm (SFHL) and has been a cornerstone for the Cypress Creek Coyotes (LHSHL) over the past four years. In his senior season, he posted an impressive 10-1 record with 3 shutouts, a .925 save percentage, and a 1.90 GAA, leading Cypress Creek to the league semifinals and a second SAHOF State Championship appearance in three seasons. He also played a key role in the program’s 2024 LHSHL Lightning Cup championship and SAHOF State Finalist during its inaugural year.

Carter brings a commanding presence in net, backed by high-level experience, elite composure under pressure, and sharp positional and puck tracking skills making the toughest saves look routine night after night.

We’re excited to have you, Carter! Time to get to work!

🚨 COMMITMENT ALERT 🚨

Join us in giving a Big Lions welcome to Jamison “JD” Crouch on his commitment to Saint Leo University! 🦁🏒

A defenseman out of Pennsylvania, JD captained the CB South Titans during his senior season in the SHSHL while also competing at the AA level for Genesis Hockey in the EJEPL, DVHL, and NJYHL since the age of 14. Over 75 games at the 18AA level, he recorded 51 points, including 23 goals.

JD brings a dynamic offensive skill set from the blue line, paired with a strong, physical presence on the backend. His ability to transition quickly with speed, combined with a high hockey IQ, natural playmaking ability, physical style of play, and a team-first mentality will make him a dangerous addition and allow him to make an immediate impact on our lineup for the upcoming season and beyond.
