FORMAT

Grass Quads
1 Division
8–12 Team Cap
Teams split into:
Upper Bracket
Lower Bracket
after pool play

TEAM RULES

4 players on court
Minimum 1 female player per team
No required rotations
Rally scoring
No open hand tips
Honor system on calls
Competitive atmosphere without toxic energy

POOL PLAY

Each matchup = Best 2 out of 3
Games to 21
Win by 2
Cap at 23

Pool Seeding

Seeding determined by:

Total points scored
Match record
Point differential

Top teams move into Upper Bracket
Remaining teams move into Lower Bracket

BRACKET PLAY

Best 2 out of 3

Games 1 & 2

To 21
Win by 2

The 2026 Spring League schedules have been posted in the photo album for all nights. If you have questions, do not message on FB (it's not staffed), Call the Bowl at (816)233-1054, leave your Team Name, Captain Name, Phone and your question and we will return your call.

TEAM NAMES!! Please look at your first choice of night and league first to see if your team is listed. Many, many teams duplicate their name choice and it is almost always a FALSE ALARM to see the name in a different league and think it is your team being misplaced.

Also, you must at least know your team name and captain name for us to look up your registration information.

Tuesday Spring League schedules have just been posted in the album. Pay close attention to the schedules, some leagues have doubleheaders to avoid multiple byes, due to low registration numbers in those particular leagues. Other leagues have varying game times and court assignments.

Lastly, questions or issues should be directed to Bowl at (816)233-1054, this FB page is not monitored by staff for questions.
