Classes resume tomorrow at 10AM! See you then. Charge your lightsabers and pack a hoodie. Friendly reminder the gym is without heating/ac. Luckily it looks to be pretty nice this weekend.

Today’s class is cancelled.

Sorry folks, it’s just too darned cold and snowy out there and the gym does not have heat. Were super bummed. We were very excited to get spooled up again. Two weeks from today we will resume. Stay warm and remember, you can always practice a million different ways: stationary, sitting down, visualization, etc..

Hi Folks,

My sincerest apologies, but we are struggling to continue to make this day/time work. Regrettably, we must cancel at least the next two sessions. This means, theoretically, our next class will be on November 16th. However, it has become increasingly clear that these day/time complications will likely continue. With that in mind, we will be setting a new day/time for classes going forward. If you are interested in joining us in the future and would like your scheduling needs to be considered, please message this page and we will be sure to incorporate your opinion.
