Julia, the owner, is a fitness professional, personal trainer and MAT (Muscle Activation Technique) Specialist who loves to help driven professionals regain control of their health. Despite these obstacles, our clients sincerely desire to change their health for the better! The Perfect Fit exists to help clients keep themselves a priority, learn techniques that will help them stay in control--both

physically and mentally--and participate in exercises that are modified for their specific needs. MAT is also a key directive in improving the health of our clients. It can dramatically improve mobility and stability while reducing pain, muscle tension, and compensation.
