Happy to report that the trail is officially open as of today! Despite all of the recent rain, overall the trail is in good shape. There are some small wet sections in the usual spots for this time of year. Also, please note that the normal rules exist; ride bikes with tire width >2" and please stay off the trail after an immediate rain event. A few things to note since we are opening a bit earlier than usual:
-We have a tree to remove on the west side. Once we have a firm timing we'll let everyone know and that section will be closed for a few hours.
-On April 22 we'll be hosting our annual trail clean up event (see the event page, previous post and flyer attached). If you can't attend, please consider attending another clean up event in our area per the flyer. The trail will be closed from 4-6 pm on April 22.
-On May 8, we will be hosting Girls on the Run on our campus and the trail will be closed for the afternoon starting at 3:00 pm (More info to come)
-Throughout the season please note any trees down or other issues (with pictures and location if possible). We are volunteers and aren't actually on the trail at all times.

End of an era at the shop! We have sold our skate sharpening machine and will no longer sharpen skates. Thanks to everyone who has relied on Devin over the years to keep their edges sharp, but we need the space as our bicycle labor business keeps growing!
