An update about the door. There was a power outage last night that took out the system, it has been reset. That being said the other issue we are having is that the reader is shorting out due to damage. We have contacted the company but they dont make that model anymore and are in-between updating to the new version. We understand that it can be frustrating when the system is down but anymore damage to the card reader will only make it worse and short out more often. We are looking at a few options in the meantime. Thank you for your understanding and have a great 4th of July!!
