Our clients range from all ages and backgrounds and all different goal sets. We utilize various training methodologies to pr

ovide optimal results and create well balanced clients ranging from olympic lifts, plyometrics, strength conditioning, powerlifting, sport specific movements and drills and many other functional movements. We have a great new location on Concord Ave in Saint Johnsbury Vermont, directly next to New England Foam and Coating. Monday/Wednesday at 5:15pm

Tuesday/Thursday at 6am

Tuesday/Friday at 8:30am


STS/Olympic Lifting (specialty class) on Saturdays at 8:30am

Are you tired of going to your local gym week after week, month after month and not getting the results you're looking for? Do you ever end up at the gym and have no idea what exercises and movement patterns you should be doing?

If you answered "yes" to either of these, come join our FITCAMP classes. We offer a variety of class days and times to meet your busy schedule. You'll be under expert instruction with fully programmed workouts that will push any individual whether you're a seasoned athlete or someone who has never worked out a day in your life. The classes are full of supportive, fun and positive members to help make you feel comfortable in a group setting.

**CLIENT SPOTLIGHT**

Naomi Plocic joined the ATS team about 4 months ago with a small group of her coworkers. Through her training here and following some basic nutritional guidelines that she's learned during her sessions she's currently down over 30lbs in just a few months!!! All of this was made possible through her consistency every week and hard work during the workouts. Not only has she dropped over 30lbs but she's also VASTLY improved her cardiovascular efficiency and made HUGE strength gains!! Naomi proves that with small, sustainable lifestyle changes anyone can make HUGE progress in short amounts of time. Way to go Naomi!!
